ART. 1 SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The General Terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) below apply to all orders for Products placed on the website: www.sydros-label.com by any person (The Customer). The GTCS constitute the basis of the commercial relationship between the two parties; Sydros (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and the Customer.
The Customer must take cognizance of the GTCS, and any order for Products implies full acceptance of the GTCS by the Customer.
These GTCS are in effect for a limited period of time, until any changes made by the Seller.
ART. 2 PRODUCTS
The Products offered for sale are those listed on the site www.sydros-label.com, on the day of the Customer's consultation and within the limit of available stocks.
The Products are presented and described with the greatest possible accuracy in a dedicated description sheet. Minor differences between the products and their photographs may occur, in particular because of the differences in resolution that may exist between the different screens of the users. As such, the photographs illustrating the Products are not part of the contractual field. Great care is taken to describe the Products and inform the Customer in general. However, it is possible that errors may appear on the site, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts. The Seller reserves the right to withdraw, at any time, one or more Products posted on the website, replace it or modify any content or information related to them.
It is possible that the Customer receives following an order on our site, an item previously returned by another person. The Products returned to the Seller are always intact and in their original condition. Returned products are systematically checked before being put back into stock.
The Products ordered remain the property of Sydros until full payment has been received.

ART. 3 ORDERS
Orders are placed by the Customer with the Seller, via the site www.sydros-label.com.
There is no minimum order. The Customer can freely modify his basket before confirming his order.
The presence of an item in the Customer's basket does not necessarily lead to its reservation. You must validate your order to ensure the reservation of the Product.
The Customer checks the content of his basket before its validation. The validation of the order confirms the Customer's acceptance of these GTCS, the products purchased, their price, and the associated costs.
No order can be modified once the order has been prepared by the Seller.
The Seller undertakes to honor orders received only within the limits of available stocks. If one or more products are out of stock, the Seller will inform the Customer as soon as possible. Sydros is not responsible for the unavailability of a product.
Sydros reserves the right not to validate an order for any legitimate reason: non-compliance with these GTCS, suspicion of fraud on the order, history of litigation, payment problem...
ART. 4 PRICES
The prices indicated on the website www.sydros-label.com are indicated in euros including tax and according to VAT at the rate in force on the day of the order. The prices indicated in the product sheets do not take into account the shipping costs which will be specified to the Customer during the final validation of his order.
Sydros reserves the right to modify, at any time, the prices displayed on its website. The Products are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of payment of the order, subject to availability.
All administrative costs, taxes, customs fees or other services to be paid which may be applied are the responsibility of the Customer.
ART. 5 PAYMENT TERMS
The online payment of an order is made in euros by credit card, via Stripe. The online payment offered by the Seller is completely secure. The Customer's bank details are processed by our secure payment module Stripe.
The total amount of the order is payable in cash at the time of payment by the Customer.
ART. 6 DELIVERIES
Delivery is made in accordance with the order placed by the Customer and to the address indicated for this purpose, or to the post office on which the delivery address depends, in case of the absence of the recipient. In the event of an error in the addressee's details, the Sellershall not be liable for the impossibility of delivering the order.
Delivery of orders is ensured by the La Poste service and the delivery times are specified during the validation the order and also in the section"Delivery & Returns” of the site. Delivery times vary depending on the destination of the order.
The delivery costs applicable to the order are those specified on the site during the validation of the order. Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country of the Customer's order.
Any administrative fees, taxes, customs fees or other services to be paid which may be applied are the responsibility of the Customer.
The Seller is in no way responsible for any problems that may occur during transport and delivery. In case of delay, damage or loss due to the carrier, no refund is possible.
The Customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the Products upon delivery. It is up to the Customer to make reservations and claims, if necessary. In case of non-receipt of the parcel, the Customer must then approach the services of La Poste to open an investigation.

ART. 7 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
The Customer has a period of 14 days, after the receiption of his order, to return the items and be reimbursed. Beyond this period, no return can be accepted. The costs of returns are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
Returned Products must be returned in their original condition, with their label and packaging. Thank you to join to your return the completed return Form, downloadable in your personal space > heading My Account.
In case of a missing label, a worn, or damaged product, we will not accept your return and no refund will be made.
Refunds are generally made within 15 days, via the same payment method used for your purchase.

ART. 8 SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES AND WARRANTIES
The liability of the Seller with respect to any Product purchased on the site is strictly limited to the purchase price of the latter. The responsibility of the Seller cannot be engaged for a damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary incidents.
The responsibility of the Seller can be engaged only in case of gross and intentional negligence. In all other cases, the responsibility of the Seller can never be sought or engaged by the Customers.
The Customer guarantees and assumes the indemnification of any liability claims against the Seller, by third parties to the contract or the Customer himself.
In any event, the liability of the Seller, if incurred, shall not exceed the value of the Products covered by the contract with the Customer.
The only warranty that the Customers benefit from is the legal warranty of eviction of hidden defects. No warranty shall apply in the event of failure to pay in full the amounts owed by the Customer to the Vendor.
ART. 9 PERSONAL DATA
The personal information provided by the Customer is used only in the context of the commercial relationship between the Customer and Sydros. Customers provide their information with full knowledge of the facts, particularly when they enter it themselves. This information is never shared with a third party or resold without the knowledge of the Customer. The user's personal data may only be transferred or communicated to public administrations and organizations when required by tax, labor, social security or other applicable regulations. Only the assumption of the repurchase of Sydros and its rights would allow the transmission of said information to the eventual purchaser, who would in turn be bound by the same obligation of conservation and modification of data with respect to the user.

ART. 12 Disputes
In the event of disputes between the Vendor and the Customer and failing amicable resolution, any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity, execution and termination of these GTCS, or the execution or termination of a sale, will be submitted to the legally competent courts.
